Focus FM is a leading UK consultancy that provides building services engineering and sustainability solutions. With nationwide offices in London, Birmingham and Newcastle, our teams of dedicated and experienced building services consultants are ideally located for properties and portfolios across the UK.
Founded in 2001, we have grown organically into one of the UK’s leading independent providers within our field, having developed a reputation as industry leaders in delivering superior technical advice and support to our clients. We are proud of our rigorous standards which have been recognised through a variety of awards in the property sector. Our foundation is, and always has been, a strong professional ethic and commitment to delivering best-in-class service.
Our understanding of the property sector is built on first-hand knowledge and experience which has enabled us to take the lead in developing new management systems, tools, processes and techniques that assist us in delivering the superior service that we are known for.
As part of Focus FM’s commitment to remaining ahead of the curve, we have personally developed a number of exciting and innovative tools that offer greater ease and transparency to our clients. We are particularly proud of our in-house developed systems: Technical Bureau, and our new Engineering Maintenance and Management Application (EMMA). Both of these systems have been integrated with Site Info – our property documentation and information system.
