Focus was appointed by Metrus to provide Project Management services at the former Victorian warehouse, which has been refurbished to provide headquarters for various media and design companies in London’s fashionable Shepherds Bush.

Our work on this property involved the project management for the replacement lift car interiors. This was to enhance the lift installation to meet with the finishes and specification of the refurbishment. As part of the service we ensured that all statutory, mandatory and routine maintenance activities are carried out accurately and to the required specifications whilst maintaining legislative compliance at all times.

Focus also manages any technical and engineering related issues that become apparent, ensuring these are dealt with efficiently and advising the client and maintenance service provider professionally and comprehensively across a broad range of service activities.
