One America Square is a landmark building located within the centre of the City of London. Focus FM has had an ongoing involvement with the building since 2001.
Focus FM has provided engineering solutions to a number of issues with regard to the day to day operation which not only took into consideration the security of service to the building occupiers but also the financial restraints of the service charge budget.
Through this Term Consultancy service, Focus FM has provided planned maintenance advice which has led to significant savings in excess of £80k on the building’s annual expenditure. This has not only assisted with the costs for the ongoing consultancy contract, but also enabled the budget to be used in other areas such as energy efficiency and environmental initiatives. During this period Focus FM has provided on-going assistance and has developed a teamwork relationship with the site facilities management team.
