Our role at this property is primarily the regular monitoring and auditing of the vertical transportation term contractor’s maintenance and reactive activities. This service is to ensure that all statutory, mandatory and routine maintenance activities are undertaken correctly and to best practice standards whilst meeting all legislative requirements.
