Focus FM was employed as a technical advisor from Invitation to Tender (ITT) through to Practical Completion for this £30m new build academy for London Borough of Redbridge. 

Focus FM used their broad and varied knowledge of building operations to ensure that the final MEP design and installation was efficient, met the design brief and was easy to maintain.

The project included mixed mode ventilation, combined heat and power (CHP) and rainwater harvesting systems that were all successfully integrated into the final design.  Focus FM ensured all systems were designed and installed in accordance with best practice and were successfully handed over to the end user.
