Our new online dashboard (available on mobile, tablet and desktop) provides a clear financial summary detailing itemised estimated expenditure over the agreed timeframe.
The dashboard then presents a thorough review of each asset, its condition and expected life cycle together with supporting images as identified by our experienced consultants during the property inspection.

The all-new PMP offers a full report and a summary report directly from the dashboard.
The full report provides a detailed breakdown of each asset and our consultants’ findings together with supporting images.
The summary report provides a condensed list of each asset, its replacement schedule, condition, life cycle and estimated cost.
Both the full report and summary report can be easily tailored directly from the dashboard. Asset types to be included (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health etc) can be selected and the report can be sorted by asset types or location depending on its use.
