Projects have been undertaken according to a strategic replacement programme which was developed by Focus FM with the client, considering the current and future operational requirements of the building.

Over recent years, projects at this property have included the replacement of boiler plant, chiller plant and main LV infrastructure, and the complete refurbishment of the lifts. This was all completed within a live building environment undertaken with minimal disruption to the building’s occupants.

Focus FM has undertaken a full role in all of these projects including feasibility reports, specification, procurement, contract administration and project management.
